This position requires strong communication skills, superb attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
This person will aid in resolving operational exceptions and will communicate directly with the company's customer, notifying them of variances that will impact their operation.
Duties & Responsibilities Communicate and resolve operational exceptions with drivers and managers Proactively seek operational issues and work to resolve them Qualifications Strong computer skills and a very high attention to detail Great interpersonal, telephone, written, and oral communication skills Excellent organizational skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Ability to prioritize tasks and structure workload to increase productivity Experience with dispatching software preferred, but not required Ability to communicate with drivers and managers alike Bi-Lingual a plus but not required (Spanish) Job Type:
