Team Lead Meat & Produce

- Stock and replenish produce displays in the market - Ensure that all produce is properly labeled and priced - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the produce area - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Handle phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage produce inventory - Basic math skills to accurately price and calculate quantities - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes of produce - Knowledge of different types of produce and their storage requirements is a plus Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked.
They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards.
After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
