We are seeking an Warehouse Mgmt.
Systems (WMS) Coordinator to join our warehouse in Roxbury! WMS Coordinator will be overseeing clerical tasks and working with Supervisor and Management Team.
Calculate and monitor inventory through proprietary software Powerhouse WMS and Microsoft Excel.
Manage, monitor, and respond to requests via e-mail, phone.
Process heavy volume of time-sensitive paperwork.
Oversee and facilitate the receiving process Cycle count inventory according to established guidelines and assist with developing actions to correct inventory problems.
Complete inventory transactions to receive, assign location and issue inventory as required Minimum Skills Required:
English (written and verbal) / Spanish is a plus High school diploma required Undergraduate degree preferred 2
years of experience in an office administrative position Superb knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge in Powerhouse WMS Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Exhibit qualities of a team player and Leadership skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be good in detail work Works well under pressure and deadlines Overtime and Weekdays required Job Type:
