We are seeking a Warehouse Mgmt.
Systems (WMS) Coordinator will join our warehouse in Roxbury! The WMS Coordinator will be overseeing clerical tasks and working with the Supervisor and Management Team.
Calculate and monitor inventory through proprietary software Powerhouse WMS and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of any Warehouse Management System Software (WMS).
Knowledge of WMS rules and system configuration.
Able to supervise and train employees to the WMS.
Manage, monitor, and respond to requests via e-mail and phone.
Process heavy volume of time-sensitive paperwork.
Oversee and facilitate the receiving process and run reports.
Cycle count inventory according to established guidelines and assist with developing actions to correct inventory problems.
Complete inventory transactions to receive, assign location, and issue inventory as required Minimum Skills Required:
English (written and verbal) / Spanish is a plus High school diploma is required Undergraduate degree preferred 2
years of experience in an office administrative position Superb knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge in Powerhouse WMS Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Exhibit qualities of a team player and Leadership skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be good in detail work Works well under pressure and deadlines Overtime and Weekdays required Salary DOE.
