For more information about Imprimis, please visit the corporate website at www.ImprimisPharma.com Job Summary With a direct reporting structure to the Director, Supply Chain and Materials Management, the Planner/ Inventory Specialist will be responsible for all activities related to the planning and the execution of finished goods. In addition, this role will be responsible for the accuracy and inventory levels of all raw materials, production components, and finished goods. This position is based out of the Ledgewood, NJ location. Position Responsibilities:  1.    Responsible for the effective coordination of all raw material and finished goods planning. To update and ensure all minimum inventory levels are achieved and maintained. 2.    Generates production schedule that is aligned with customer/ inventory requirements, taking into consideration material availability as well as machine and labor capacity. 3.    Maintain accurate ERP system information (lead times, minimum inventory levels, standard costs, bills of material, etc.) 4.    Create work orders and associated travelers/paperwork. 5.    Monitor inventory; forecast and re-forecast based on production levels and identify activities needed. 6.    Analyze inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels, ensuring product availability, while meeting inventory cost requirements. 7.    Review inventory counts and balance accuracy. Identify discrepancies and correct root cause. 8.    Continually identifies, evaluates, recommends and implements inventory related processes to reduce costs, waste, and lead times while exceeding customers' expectations. 9.    Manage the inventory within established parameters and strive to ensure a high level of accuracy through cycle counting and annual auditing. (95% + accuracy).  10.  Works with Pharmacy/Production staff to ensure FIFO is followed and enforced. 11.  Interfaces with QA and warehouse staff regarding rejected/defective materials, making the necessary adjustments to ensure no interruptions of supply. 12.  Develops and monitors KPI's related to inventory accuracy and production scheduling. 13.  Additional duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements and Qualifications: BA/BS degreerequired. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in leading production planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes within a GMP regulated environment. Pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry experience is required. Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and processes. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Travel Travel is negligible for this role. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work  This is a full-time position based in Ledgewood, NJ. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
